Taking a Snake for a Walk in the Park

During the softball game last night, a guy wearing aviator sunglasses sauntered onto our field and then moved just far enough back towards a large tree so he was off the field. He stood there with a large snake around his shoulders, rocking out to what I can only guess was an awesome tune.

We were between innings, so we had some time to verify with each other that yes, that was a snake around his shoulders and yes, a rather large snake.

Maybe the snake on his shoulders was getting heavy, or maybe he was just tired of standing. As we took the field, he sat down on the tree swing and stayed there for the rest of the inning.

At some point during the next inning, he got up and moved on.

Does taking your large snake for a walk in the park rank on the same scale as teaching your kid how to bark like a dog while at Walmart?
