When I was home in July for a family vacation, Mom wanted to know what I wanted for my birthday. First thing that came to mind was a waterproof digital camera. Would’ve been a great thing to have while river rafting, and though the #android camera is good, it doesn’t take photos well in low light. I have to catch a sunset just right for it to turn out. And the moon? Forget it.
So between getting back from Wisconsin and my birthday, I did some research and narrowed it down to two cameras. I went and checked them out in person at a local FutureShop and decided on the Sony Cybershot. And man. I’ve been in love with it since I got it!
You can see the various colors, shapes and texture of the clouds. Just as if you’re standing there, looking out at it, live. It’s a sharp image too. Beautiful.

Sometimes, especially when it’s really nice out, I work from the office east deck. I prefer the east deck because it has #mountain views. The south deck doesn’t. Day after I got my camera, it was a perfect day so I setup outside and decided to test my new camera. Just awesome!
Takes pretty good pictures of the moon, too.
Rather looking forward to testing it while river rafting tomorrow.
